Modular Board done

Finally finished 9 1x1ft tiles for my modular Frost Grave board.
Spent all day during a slow weekend shift to finish them up and I am very happy with them. Could use a few more for variety but I now have enough to do a 3' x 3' table which is what Frost Grave is played on. Now I just need to knock up some ruined buildings and will be all good to go.

Here are some photos of the individual tiles.

2 T junctions
 1 L turn
 2 road ends
 3 empty paved areas
 1 park with optional fountain
Even though Frost Grave is a winter themed game I wanted this to show more of the thawing nature of the city so its dirt with bits of grass coming in.

Here are 2 different layouts just to give an idea of the space available. I plan to FILL it with ruined buildings.

And just a close up for those who are interested.

More Frostgrave Monsters

Also just finished a load of monsters for Frostgrave.

Troll

Worm

Unarmored Skeletons

Raith

Zombies

Frostgrave Wizard and Apprentice

So here are my Wizard and Apprentice for Frostgrave. They are converted from Warmachines Menoth figures and I'm playing them as Siglists.

As a back story they are from the great Library of Wyndehurst which seeks to amass the greatest collection of magical knowledge in the world. As soon as word reached the Library that Falsted had been rediscovered an expedition was launched. Leading the Expedition is a Librarian (wizard) and his Scribe (apprentice).

Have not come up with names for any of them yet but will do so later when I get closer to my first game.

 Librarian

Scribe

Hope they are a good team

Also I added a faithful companion War Hound

Frostgrave

So I have gotten into Frostgrave (by Ospray) now and started on a bunch of Reaper Bones and Dark Haven minis.

First are a Thug and Crossbowman

Next is a Treasure Hunter

An a Man-at-Arms

My first finished monster is a Werewolf

I have decided to go with some Privateer Press figures from Warmachines and Hords to use as my constructs.

Next couple of heros to get finished will be another Thug, Treasure Hunter, and Man-at-Arms fallowed by a Major Demon, Wolf, and some Skeletons.

Update

Took a long brake to work on a costume for DragonCon in Atlanta GA a few weekends back.
My main costume was an Oger Titan from the video game Titan Fall:
Took me about 2 months to make and 2-3 people assisting me to get in and out of it.

My wife went as Russel from the movie UP and as Mulan from the Disney movie:

She also made me another costume and I went as Tim the Enchanter from Mighty Python and the Holy Grail:
Any way I'm back to minis now and the next post will be Frostgrave.
